HRI heavy-duty feeders and grizzly feeders offer high productivity, reliability and ease of maintenance. Setting the industry standard their outstanding versatility has been proven on thousands of installations worldwide.

At the heart the HRI heavy duty feeder, is the innovative Eliptex vibrator, which imparts a three-way motion, with horizontal, vertical and elliptical components providing higher capacities, faster conveying and increased efficiency when grizzly bars are employed.

For light & medium applications HRI has developed the Umbex feeder as a cost effective solution. Applying the same basic design criteria, HRI Umbex screens are driven by single or twin low noise vibrator motors

With capacities of up to 6,000 tonnes per hour the standard range of HRI feeders feature a full length solid pan deck, and optional vari-grid grizzly bars in 1.2 m, 1.8 m or 2.4 m lengths, in horizontal, sloped or stepped arrangements.

Standard deck sizes range from 1.0 x 4.2 m – 1.8 x 6.1 m. For extra heavy duty and higher capacity applications, HRI can custom design feeders to withstand the severest impacts with a range of sizes of up to 3m in width and 7.2m in length. Bespoke machines are also available to suit specific needs.
