Single Deck Sinter Screen Delivered to Belgium

We have recently delivered a 1.8 x 4.8 Single Deck Sinter Screen which is handling over 1100tph.

This screen will be installed in Belgium where Hewitt Robins have had equipment in operation for over 40 years.

It is designed to protect the intensive Sinter mixer from oversize material and the screen will be installed on a roll away isolation frame and is totally encapsulated. 

The screen has been test run for 4 hours and full modal tests and ODS test carried out and final inspections were carried out before dispatch.
