Hewitt Robins has recently manufactured 2 Vibrating Machines for a Phosphate Mine in Tunisia.
Hewitt Robins have designed and manufactured a one-off Hewitt Robins LPE-11 1500 x 5100 Vibrating Feeder designed to handle up to 600tph – 400mm Phosphate. The feeder is installed under a hopper and the feed is controlled by a variable speed control and has 20mm thick stainless-steel pan liners and 20mm thick feeder side plates. The feeder was also supplied with a 37kw drive motor, variable speed drive, support springs, spring brackets, spring base plates, vibrator pulley, motor pulley, drive belt, pivoting motor base and friction check assemblies.
The other machine is a Hewitt Robins V-16 2200 x 6000 Inclined Grizzly Scalper designed to Scalp 600tph – 400mm Phosphate. The Scalper is separating at 150mm using grizzly bars with 30mm thick ABRO 400 tops. The scalper comes complete with 3 step grizzly bars, ABRO 400 sideliners, 20mm thick side plates and includes support springs, spring stools, spring brackets, spring base plates, vibrator pulley, motor pulley, drive belt, pivoting motor base and 30kw drive motor.
